The US Markets are based around New York time (timezone is GMT-5 and GMT-4 during US daylight savings time).  The market opens at 09:30 and closes at 16:00.

Premium Data provides end-of-day data for the US Markets at the following times:

  Edition Update Available AMEX NASDAQ NYSE OTC-BB US Indices Notes
Interim Market Close 17:00 This is a preliminary update mainly for price information. Such information has not yet been checked for full accuracy and may not include all stock data.
End-Of-Day Final 19:30-20:15 This edition provides the official data for all securities. All maintenance is also performed on this snapshot. This edition overwrites any data provided in the 1700 edition.
