DataTools program upgrade - September 28, 2020

This automatic upgrade is to version 3.5.17

The upgrade adds a "Remove Contracts" command to the Continuous Contracts module.

If a futures contract gets delisted by an exchange, or is no longer covered by our service, the folder holding individual contract months can be deleted from under \Futures\Contracts or moved to an archive. Previously, this left the continuous contracts still in place. With the addition of the "Remove Contracts" command, redundant continuous contracts can be removed along with any unwanted continuous contracts.
