Dynamic Trader has the ability to read data from Premium Data. This FAQ has a number of categories:

Set Dynamic Trader to view data
Why can I only see data back to 1946?
Where can I get help on using Dynamic Trader?

Set Dynamic Trader to view data

Click on File then Portfolio Manager then edit a portfolio. Change the DataType to MetaSock new (name), then navigate to C:\Trading Data and select a folder under there, then click the Add All button. Repeat for any additional folders you wish to use then click the Save Portfolio Button then Close.

Why can I only see data back to 1946?

Some securities, such as the Dow Jones Industrial Average, have daily data back to 1896. Dynamic Trader v4 and Dynamic Trader v5 seem to have a limitation of 15000 days worth of data. We recommend you contact Dynamic Trader to get them to extend this limit.
